Dr. Jo Ann Piña, a nationally acclaimed speaker on cross-cultural communication, has the only values based model for understanding cross-cultural communication. Dr. Jo’s model brilliantly bridges the communications gap between mainstream Americans and Hispanics, Asian Pacific, African Americans and women. She does this through her keynotes, training seminars, consulting and coaching.
